Once Vienna's vegetarian pioneer extraordinaire, Christian Wrenkh now prefers a mixed cuisine in his house. Happily, those delightful dishes like the wild-rice risotto with mushrooms or the Greek fried rice with vegetables, sheep's cheese, and olives, or the tofu and tomato and basil-pesto tarts still carry his signature. Now, however, you can also be tempted by steak, fish, and fowl.
